How I can help
I have designed this service to take the information you already hold about your child or young person and turn it into a clear and detailed Child DLA application.
Every family is different, which is why my service is tailored to the child or young person we are discussing rather than relying on templates or generic statements.
What working together looks like
The process is intentionally simple.
Once your intake form has been completed and availability confirmed, we will meet for a one-off Zoom session.
During that session, I take time to understand the child or young person we are discussing; their day-to-day life, the support they need, and the impact those needs have on both them and those around them.
This is not about listing deficits.
It's about building a clear and accurate picture of daily life and identifying the information most relevant to the application.
Following our session, I will prepare the written sections of your Child DLA application and return them to you for review.
Applications are typically returned within five working days of our Zoom session.

Helping you tell your child’s story; clearly, honestly, and with care.
What I Can Do For You
I will:
• Complete the detailed written sections of your Child DLA application
• Review any supporting evidence you choose to provide
• Identify any additional information that may strengthen the application
• Ensure the information presented is clear, relevant and consistent throughout
• Provide one round of amendments following your review
A Structured Approach
I work on a one-in, one-out basis, allowing me to give each application the time and attention it deserves.
Communication takes place via email, alongside a one-off Zoom session, helping to keep the process straightforward and manageable for everyone involved.
At The Heart Of The Service
Your child is more than a form.
My role isn't to tell families what their child's needs are.
It's to help them explain what they already know in a way that accurately reflects their day-to-day reality and supports the assessment process.
You're not alone...
