Information shared through the contact form, intake form or email correspondence.
Information relating to your child's needs, daily living, disabilities, health, neurodivergence, education, professional involvement and support arrangements where you choose to share this in order to receive support.
Information about children is only collected through a parent, carer or person with parental responsibility.
Special Category Data
Due to the nature of the support provided, you may choose to share information that is considered Special Category Data under UK data protection law.
This may include information relating to:
Health conditions and disabilities.
Autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles.
Mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Educational provision, EHCPs and professional reports.
Medication, therapies and support needs.
This information is processed only where necessary to provide the support you have requested and with your explicit consent.

Personal information is stored securely using password-protected devices, accounts and systems.
Access to personal information is limited to Carly Cavilla-Hunt and trusted service providers where necessary to deliver the service requested.

How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not progress to paid support will usually be deleted within six months.
Records relating to paid services, invoices and financial information may be retained for up to six years in order to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Information will not be kept for longer than is reasonably necessary.
